Legal framework

Intoll is a triple stapled structure consisting of:

(a) Intoll Trust (I) (formerly Macquarie Infrastructure Trust (I) (an Australian registered managed investment scheme);

(b) Intoll Trust (II) (formerly Macquarie Infrastructure Trust (II) (an Australian registered managed investment scheme);

(c) Intoll International Limited (formerly Macquarie Infrastructure Group International Limited) (an exempted mutual fund company incorporated in Bermuda).

Intoll owns and manages interests in the 407 ETR and Westlink M7 (the Intoll Portfolio).

Intoll Management Limited, the responsible entity of Intoll Trust (I) and Intoll Trust (II), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intoll Trust (II). In addition, Intoll Management Limited acts as an adviser to Intoll International Limited, the Bermudian company that forms the third element of Intoll’s triple stapled structure.
