Strategy

Intoll’s strategy is to invest in and develop quality toll road assets that are accretive to the Intoll portfolio over the long term.

Returns to security holders are expected to be in the form of both capital growth and distributions.

Intoll’s current portfolio of assets provides investors with an investment proposition that includes the following characteristics:

long-term assets (83 year weighted average concession life)
an experienced management team
an established track record of strong asset performance
stable cash flows from asset distributions
a long-term debt maturity profile
an effective hedging profile
agreed toll escalation mechanisms, and
a transparent governance framework.

Over the medium term Intoll’s strategy will be to maximise the cash generation of the assets within the Intoll portfolio for the benefit of Intoll security holders, and to look to optimise the potential for organic growth opportunities.

Intoll may have an opportunity to consider potential new investment opportunities in the future. These opportunities for investment will be assessed on the following criteria:

be located in OECD or OECD-like countries
offer potential for increasing value
offer sustainable competitive advantages in a traffic corridor, and
offer growth in operating cash flows.
